If you decide to cancel your appointment then:

• If you notify us up to 20 days before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• Cancellation 3 up to 19 days before the scheduled appointment, then you will be refunded 50% of the deposit you gave.
• Otherwise the deposit you gave is non-refundable.
